能源管控中心与钢铁流程系统化节能减排

摘要:↑↑↑济钢被列为第一批全国循环经济试点单位,在钢铁企业节能降耗方面进行了十几年的探索实践,积累了丰富的经验。本文在总结了济钢节能减排的四个阶段内所采取的各种措施及取得的实际效果的同时,对生产运行过程中仍旧存在的矛盾的进行了深入的思考,提出系统化节能减排是降低企业能耗的必然选择,以信息自动化为支撑的能源管控中心的建设是企业节能减排增效的有力手段。文章详细介绍济钢能源管控中心采用的先进技术,实现的功能及达到的效果,并介绍了在实施能源管控中心建设期间的一些经验及体会。↑↑↑↑ ↑

Abstract: ↑↑↑↑With the experience a↑nd explo↑rato↑ry wo↑rk of mo↑re than ten years in metallurgy energy saving, ↑↑Jigang Group Co. Ltd. is listed in the first batch of cyclic economy ↑↑↑experimental unit by the China government. In the disquisition we summarize the effect a↑nd methods in four steps of energy saving in Jigang, at same time the autho↑rs have studied the questions existed in the producing process yet. In our opinion, systematic energy-saving is the inevitable choice fo↑r enterprise to reducing the energy consuming; on the other side the Energy Management & Control Center (EMCC) based with info↑rmation & automation is the powerful instrumentality to promote the energy-saving in enterprise. Advanced technology adopted, function a↑nd the effect realized is also introduced with the understa↑nding a↑nd experience in the period of the EMCC actualizing.↑↑↑↑ ↑
