↑↑摘要↑↑:本文研究我国现代电弧炉炼钢高效化的电能消耗和能量消耗的状况。研究中选取了三家有代表性的特钢生产企业,两个对比年度的电弧炉炼钢及其前后步五个工序的物耗、能耗数据约↑↑↑12000↑↑↑个,计算各工序和全流程的电耗和能耗值。结果表明:近年来我国电弧炉炼钢高效化取得了明显的成绩,相应的炼钢工序吨坯电耗和全流程吨坯电耗均降低;炼钢工序吨坯能耗明显降低,但全流程吨坯能耗上升。↑
