摘要:↑↑本研究基于对传统钢铁生产节能减排的思考,探讨了使用清洁能源炼钢问题,提出了↑太阳能光伏炼钢概念↑↑↑在技术层面的特点:一是光电转化,转换过程直接迅速,且不会伴随任何物质转变和化学变化;二是↑↑“↑↑↑脱网↑↑”↑↑↑,即不与常规的输供电电网相搭接,以保证系统在能量方面的独立性。↑↑采用系统工程方法对工艺过程、电热转换方式、炼钢反应器和蓄能方式进行了评选、分析和集成。经反复设计和核算,确定了光伏炼钢概念炉基本参数,独立自主地制成了第一台公称容量为↑↑↑↑↑1kg↑↑↑↑的概念炉,并成功地进行了多次炼钢实验,完成了太阳能光伏炼钢从理念到现实的跨越。↑↑↑↑↑↑ ↑

Abstract:↑↑↑Based on the thinking of energy saving a↑nd emission reduction of traditional steel-making, it is researched to applicate clean energy in the process of steel-making in this paper. The photovoltaic steel-making concept is introduced with characteristics of photovoltaic effect transfo↑rmation a↑nd off-netwo↑rk by the group. The↑  ↑process of the transfo↑rmation is direct a↑nd immediate without any substantial a↑nd chemical change. The aim of off-netwo↑rk unconnecting with regular power grid is to ensure energy independence of the system. Processes, ↑electrothermal transfo↑rmatin↑ modes↑, steel-making reacto↑rs a↑nd energy sto↑rage fo↑rms are evaluated , analysised a↑nd integrated by the means of system engineering.. The basic parameters are given afer the calculation a↑nd designment. ↑↑↑↑↑1kg↑↑↑↑-capacity photovoltaic steel-making Concept furnace has been designed a↑nd manufactured independently.
