Dear Participant of EPM2012

Thank you very much for your great interests in EPM2012. The conference proceedings and technical program are in progress. In order to make your participations conveniently, we would like to remind you the following important information:

1.      If you plan to pay the registration fee by bank transfer, please complete your payment before Sept. 29, 2012 due to the long process of transfer.

2.      The deadline of hotel reservation through the conference website: http://www.epm2012.cn (Password:epm2012) is Oct. 07, 2012. After your hotel reservation is completed successfully, the hotel will send you the confirmation letter.

3.      The Chinese National Holiday will be from 30 Sept. to 7 Oct. 2012. If you want to get the official invitation letter in this month, please send us the attached registration form (including the visa application information) before Sept. 17, 2012 (Monday). If you send us the form after the date, your official invitation letter will be issued in the middle of Oct.
